The dialer we wanted to use.
We spent years on the phone hitting daily dial quotas, and we hated every second of dead air after a prospect said hello. Most parallel dialers decide whether you are a human, then bridge the rep in. Prospects hang up in that gap, and carriers flag the numbers that produce it.
So we stopped building on top of other dialers and built our own. The rep sits on a live audio bridge for the whole session, so the only thing that happens on pickup is the answered line joining the room. We measured that at 22 milliseconds, and we publish the method so you can hold us to it.
Today CallCloud dials one line at a time or five at once, logs every call to your CRM, and runs Sequences and a Virtual Salesfloor in the same place, on a voice network we operate ourselves.
